The card will not work until March 2nd.

You can go ahead and activate your new card before March 2nd.

Your current BLUE card will no longer work as of March 2nd.
•
If you have any bills debited from your account using your BLUE
debit card you need to call the company and give them your
new number from your ORANGE debit card.
•
Make sure the bill has been paid for this month before you call
and change the number.
